Policies and requirements:

To Confirm: Credit card number (MasterCard or Visa).  Do not have a credit card? Then a 10% deposit will be required.

Payment: 50% at least 60-days in advance of arrival OR full amount due at least 60 days in advance of
arrival if booking is 3 days or less

Third Party Payment:  Total balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Balance Due: Your balance will be collected upon your arrival. Personal or Travelers checks should be made payable to Trinity Tours. 

Note: Rates do not include the hotel tax of 11.25%.  (12.25% as of July 1st, 2009)

Cancellations: Full refund only with notice 60 or more days prior to arrival OR if we resell the
reserved nights.

Please note that room selection is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to honor a request.

Also, because the pool is located in the front of the house without a fence around it, our insurance carrier requires all children to be 12 years of age or older.
