Policies and Requirements:

• To Confirm

  A credit card number (MasterCard or Visa) will hold the reservation.  We are on a “first come, first serve,” basis, so please call A.S.A.P. (within 24 hours) of filling out your reservation request below, but be mindful of the time-change as we are usually 3 hours BEHIND the mainland time.

• Payment, Third Party Payment, Balance Due

  50% at least 60-days in advance of arrival OR full amount due at least 60 days in advance of arrival if booking is 3 days or less. Your balance will be collected upon your arrival. Personal or Travelers checks should be made payable to Trinity Tours. For Third Party payments, 100% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
  

• Taxes and Cancellations

  Rates do not include the hotel tax of 13.25%. Full refund only with notice 60 or more days prior to arrival OR if we resale the reserved nights.
  

• Children Under Age 12

  Because of the accessibility of the Softubs, our insurance carrier requires that children must be 12 years old or older.
