Policies
To Confirm: A credit card number
(MasterCard or Visa) will hold the reservation. No
credit card? Then a 10% deposit will be required.
Payment: 50% at least 60-days in advance of arrival or full amount due at least 60 days in advance of arrival if booking is 3 days or less.
Personal or Travelers checks should be made payable to
'Trinity Tours.'
Balance Due: Pay
upon arrival.
Third Party Payment:
Total balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Note: Rates do not include the hotel tax of 11.25%.
Cancellations: Full refund only with notice 60 or more days prior to arrival or if we resell the reserved nights.
Please note that room selection is not guaranteed, but we
will make every effort to honor a request.
Also, because the
pool is located in the front of the house without a fence
around it, our insurance carrier requires all children to be 12
years of age or older.
