• The studio is separated from the house by a breezeway.
• The yard is full of native Hawaiian trees and plants.  We even have a few small lava tubes on the property!

• Studio has a queen size bed (Temperpedic mattress).
• 42" plasma TV with DVD player (lots of DVDs' to choose from!).
• Air conditioning.
• The kitchen does NOT have a stove, but has a portable stove top (double burner),  microwave, electric frying pan, coffee maker, electric tea kettle and blender.
• Private Softub on your back deck (hot tub with jacuzzi jets).

• Free WiFi, so bring your laptop!
• Free out going long-distance phone calls to the US & Canada.
• Use of Washer/dryer.
• This is an allergy free property so there is No Smoking or pets permitted.
